White shilajit, also known as brakshun or "stone oil", is still largely unknown outside the Altai mountains of Central Asia, but definitely deserves more attention. It has been valued there for centuries as a traditional remedy and bears the venerable name "food of the immortals" .

Like black shilajit, white shilajit is a purely natural substance. However, it is even rarer and consists of 100% mineral ingredients in ionized form compared to black shilajit (70% organic, 30% inorganic). This high minerality gives white shilajit an even stronger and faster bioavailability than black shilajit.

Tip: White shilajit combines excellently with black shilajit, with the two remarkable substances reinforcing each other and creating a synergistic effect. For regular users of black shilajit, supplementing with white shilajit offers an excellent opportunity to take the potential to a new level.

White Shilajit is divided into different quality levels depending on its origin. Our white Shilajit has the highest grade A. It is characterized by a higher purity and a significantly stronger and faster bioavailability than the usual white Shilajit. It also has a strong, mineral, astringent taste - the stronger this taste, the better the quality.

In comparison, inferior white shilajit is often offered, which has a paler color and contains a high level of limestone impurities (up to 15%). These impurities cannot be removed by the purification process.

Our white premium shilajit has a light yellow color, contains no impurities and dissolves effortlessly in water without leaving any residue.

In rare cases, white shilajit can cause constipation. If this happens, we recommend taking a break of 3 days and reducing the dosage.

Recommended consumption

Dissolve 1g of white shilajit in 1L of water and drink 2 glasses (200ml) throughout the day. The solution should be shaken well before drinking.
Alternatively, 0.2 g of white shilajit (equivalent to about 2-3 small pieces) can be dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml) twice a day.

White Shilajit should be used as a course of treatment. The recommended duration is one month, followed by a break of 15 days.

Nehme das Weiße Shilajit jetzt zum Ersten mal ein. Es Schmeckt nach Blut, Jod oder Metallisch. Habe das Gefühl das dieses zeug genau das ist was ich schon immer gebrauch habe. Es ist schön, trocken und rein in der Verpackung. Löst sich sofort und Rückstandslos in Wasser auf und beim Trinken merkt man einfach die Kraft dieses Brakshuns. Einfach Klasse das ich endlich einen Shilajit Verkäufer gefunden habe der wert auf Sauberkeit und Reinheit setzt.
