🌱 What is Shilajit/Mumijo

Shilajit is a purely natural product that is extremely rare, as it can only be found in a few mountain regions on earth, at an altitude of around 2,000-4,000 meters. It is created under the enormous pressure of the mountains and consists of thousands of plant species, some of which are extinct, that have decomposed into humus over the millennia and merged with the natural, mineral-rich environment. This makes it rich in trace elements, important amino acids, vitamins and other plant compounds. Mumijo is therefore one of the most nutrient-rich, naturally occurring substances on earth.

Recommended consumption

It is best to dissolve a pinch of Shilajit (approx. 0.5g) in a drink with a temperature of no more than 39°C first thing in the morning. It is important not to use higher temperatures, otherwise valuable nutrients could be lost. If you don't like the natural, earthy and slightly bitter taste, you can mix Shilajit with juice, coffee or tea.
